Customer service Administrator – Part time
Salary: £24,000 pro rata per annum
Hours: 22.5 hours per week.
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking for a part time customer service administrator with good data entry experience and working on a database. As an individual with a keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy, you will fulfil a range of administrative and database tasks for campaigns and projects. The position involves a fair amount of routine work including data input and candidates should be happy with this part of the role.
Accurately create and maintain supporter database records, including updating contact details, logging communications etc. Ensuring consistency at all times to help provide supporter insight.
Assist in a range of administrative and database tasks.
Support online data related activity including third party and digital data processing.
Respond to all enquiries via channels phone, email, letter, and social media and ensure progressed when required in a timely manner
Support with the administration of events.
As required, create and update internal training documents and process guides.
Educated to GCSE or equivalent in relevant areas
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
Proven experience of effectively using databases
Proven experience of processing money
Adept in delivering a great customer experience
Excellent letter writing and verbal skills
Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
Demonstrable ability to accurately input data, at speed and within time constraints
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Adaptable to change with a solution focused approach to problem solving
