The successful candidate will provide a highly professional level of customer service and support to the company’s customers via telephone and email. This is a fantastic role for a recent graduate who wants to build a career.
Be well educated: A-C in GCSEs /A levels
Have high level of customer service skills either in retail or office environment
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
Have an excellent telephone manner
Be proficient in Microsoft Office
Have the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team handling a wide variety of tasks
