We are currently recruiting for a part time customer service administrator/ receptionist to assist the customer service team for a great company based in Surrey. The ideal candidate will need to have strong admin skills and have worked within a Customer Service environment.
Candidate will be required to do the following:
Welcome visitors to our reception in head office.
The main responsibility of the role is to provide administrative support to the customer service team
Process incoming and outgoing post and support the customer service team with call handling at busy times.
Aside from the post function, the administrative support is mostly customer service related and involves picking up and handling incoming queries from customers via email and online system
