To provide a comprehensive and effective credit control service and to assist the Sales Ledger Executive with the administration of the sales ledger and the resolution of queries
Key tasks
This is a role which involves good customer service skills along with the ability to deal assertively and confidently with non-payers, whilst remaining polite and professional.
As with all roles within Finance, the job holder will need to be prepared to be flexible and adaptable to ensure department deadlines are met and internal controls adhered to.
