Knowledge of The position involves working closely with the Operations Director assisting with the management of operations for this global organisation. The AOM will play a key role in coordinating the resources of the department to ensure maximum efficiency and service delivery. Ideal candidate will have good project management experience, strong leadership and motivational skills and the ability to manage a team.
