Due to substantial growth, my client is looking for a full time Administrator/ Customer service candidate to join a friendly team dealing mainly with administration.
This role will support a customer service team and will involve providing administrative support to customers. Position involves monitoring a busy email box and responding to queries. Assisting with despatching information to customers and keeping track of requests as appropriate.
Accuracy is key within this role and the successful candidate must be well-organised and self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills. There is limited phone work, however candidates must also be confident on the phone as and when necessary.
The successful candidate will receive full training on all internal systems but must be comfortable working with technology such as Zoom, Learning Management Systems and online calendars and document storage.
