Our client, a travel and tourism organisation operating from modern offices in Wimbledon, are looking to recruit a talented individual to assist their sales team.
This is a permanent position that would be ideal for a driven and motivated candidate that wants to develop their experience within sales.
Innovative products, and an opportunity to work for a wide range of established B2B clients. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of customer service and previous experience working within a busy office environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling sales enquiries from both travel agents and direct consumers via email and telephone
Putting together quotations using our back office system
Develop excellent customer service skills
Ensuring clients’ expectations are exceeded
Work as an effective team member
Understand the importance of great customer service
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Solid administration skills
Previous experience within customer service
Working within the travel industry/sales is preferred but not essential
