An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a dynamic company where they take pride in providing excellent customer service and have a good client base of customers.  The client is looking for a candidate who is looking to forge a career and has excellent administration skills, is naturally well organised and enjoys providing customer service to a high level.  The position involves supporting an account management team, helping the team to achieve their objectives by providing first class admin support.


Key duties of this role include:-


  • Helping the team reach their objectives by organising administration and being prepared to muck in and work to tight deadlines
  • Raising quotations and order forms
  • Responding to requests and general enquiries from customers
  • Raising orders on the system, ensuring paperwork is sent out
  • Arranging deliveries and relevant documentation
  • Producing client related reports
  • Processing daily invoicing efficiently and accurately
  • Processing department post on a daily basis and allocate as appropriate
  • Answering all overflow calls, taking messages and assisting where possible
  • Carrying out other general department administrative duties where necessary


To be considered for this role you must:-


  • Have extensive administrative experience
  • Be well educated
  • Have the ability to deliver high levels of customer service and client satisfaction
  • Good IT Proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Have the ability to produce accurate work to sometimes tight deadlines
  • Have good communication skills, both written and verbal communications
  • Be positive, proactive and have a flexible outlook
