Due to an increase in business, our client, a professional management consultancy are recruiting for a dynamic, intelligent and professional telemarketing executive to help develop their client base and contribute to the success of the organisation. Ideally you will have working knowledge of Salesforce.
Make phone calls to customers and clients – develop relationships, chase tender enquiries and discuss solutions, encouraging clients to work with the organisation
Build and strengthen relationships with clients and customers by adopting good listening skills, responding to queries
Effectively identify from the decision maker, their company’s goals and plans in order to match the organisation’s products to their requirements
Achieve and exceed call rates expected to deliver results in a timely manner
To be considered for the role you must possess the following:
Experience and knowledge of Salesforce
1 – 2 years’ experience in tele-marketing or sales calls
Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation skills), with exceptional confidence on the phone
Excellent level of literacy, numeracy and attention to detail
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), including the manipulation of data in Excel
Confident in writing reports
Good organisation and planning skills
Ability to focus and work independently to set targets and goals, and meet a certain call volume.
