Senior Customer Service Advisor, up to £25,000 per annum

To be considered for this role:
You must live within locally to Kingston upon Thames, be of a graduate calibre (or equivalent) and have a minimum of 2 years’ within customer service within a office environment. People management experience is desired but not essential.
Assist with departmental administration to ensure repairs are properly, promptly and efficiently processed.
Provide product and technical support at shows and events where required
Handle verbal and written complaints professionally and effectively
Log complaints and other correspondence in accordance with departmental or company policies.
To carry out essential management on a database to ensure paperwork and e-mails are correctly distributed to service customers
To make sure payments are processed onto our payment system correctly and within current legislation.
Run and compile reports on a weekly and monthly basis
Analysing customer satisfaction and report findings back to departmental managers
Deputise for Customer Service Team leader as needed
Resolve escalated complaints where necessary
Resolved and formulate responses to complaints received by Senior Management when required
