Senior Business Development Executive urgently required by our client, a leading provider of workplace training and development.
This is a key role for an experienced business-to-business sales expert to drive revenues of training solutions to new levels of success. Forging new business relationships will be prevalent in this position, but also to strengthen and develop existing accounts to maximise spend on services.
The successful candidate will take control of the full 360 degree sales cycle, from generating leads to attending external meetings to close them. To lead by example by winning bigger business and securing ever-improving deal sizes. Also to be responsible for accurate sales reporting, effectively pipelining future business and strategically planning quarterly sales campaigns.
A solid and proven track record of success in business development is essential along with an evident ability in winning new business.
