Maternity Contract to cover general administration for a creative distribution organisation

Our client is a local distribution organisation that specialises in purchasing and re-selling products online.

Currently seeking for someone to work on a 6-12 month contract, although this may be extended for the right person.

All candidates must live within a commutable distance to West Molesey

This role involves processing sales orders through an online retailer therefore excellent IT skills (Microsoft Excel) is essential.

Ecommerce experience is also desirable.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales & data input and general administration
  • Processing weekly orders involving stock adjustments and sales invoicing
  • Completing data on Excel spreadsheets and manipulating data (Able to complete Pivot Tables)
  • Uploading images and ensuring quality assurance is met
  • Ordering new stock and updating the catalogue
  • Using Amazon Vendor Central (experience in this is desirable; however not essential as there will be trainiing provided)
