PURCHASE LEDGER & INCOME OFFICER

We are looking for a purchase ledger and income officer. This is a short term contract that could potentially become permanent.

Key Duties:

The successful candidate will provide support to the Head of finance and finance team. You will be maintaining the sales ledger, purchase ledger and credit control functions. Manage procurement function and monitor and report on capital expenditure.

To be successful you must:

-Be AAT qualified (or relevant experience)

-Proficient in using MS Office, excel, word and outlook

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Accurate at maintaining and monitoring reports and figures

-Be able to prioritise and meet deadlines whilst working under pressure
