[7990] - Property Manager

Our client requires an enthusiastic and friendly property manager to complement their dynamic team. The right candidate will have a proven track record of organisational and administration skills, and will wish to progress their career within the property industry.

Key duties of the role:-
  • Submitting tenants’ references; monitoring and chasing these
  • Tenancy Agreement drafting
  • Registering the deposit with the TDS
  • Coordinating and booking an inventory and check-in for the tenancy
  • Dealing with the maintenance for all of their portfolio
  • Assisting/giving advice to non-managed landlords
  • Negotiations of renewals and completing property visits
  • Sending invoices to landlords/dealing with landlords post and various administration
  • Communicating with the contractors to ensure the job is being done and to a good standard
  • Drafting and serving notices
To be considered for this role you must:-
  • Be well educated to A Level standard or equivalent
  • Be able to drive and have their own a car as this will be needed for property visits
  • Have at least a year’s property management experience
  • Have previous administration/customer service experience
  • Have experience and a good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Be able to multi task with conflicting duties and demanding clients
  • Have excellent customer care skills
