Photography Training Administrator, Central London

Upto £25,000 per annum

Fantastic opportunity to join a worldwide leader as a training assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone with first-class administration/people skills, who is interested in photography and would like the opportunity to get involved in photography training. 

 

Key duties:

  • Welcoming and registering training delegates and all other visitors
  • Managing all administrative duties relating to the daily running of the training department
  • Responding to training enquiry e-mails within 24 hours
  • Supporting the training and showroom manager in the day to day running of the training department and delivery of training courses
  • Being responsible for opening and closing training centre
  • Answering customers’ photography questions and enquiries
  • Assisting in the delivery of training courses to retailers or customers
  • Attending external events, courses and photographic shows

 

To be considered for this role you must:-

  • Be educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Have a least one year’s experience in a similar role
  • Have good IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Be confident in use of Mac’s and PCs
  • Have the ability to work on own initiative
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Have a keen interest in photography
