Part time Contract – Administration Recruitment Coordinator for Volunteers, Tolworth, Surrey
£25,000 – £28,000 pro rata
20-25 hours per week
Our client is an award winning charity that operates within the Surrey area. They recruit volunteers to help aid with improving the community and are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator that can work with the volunteers to ensure that they are equally receiving an excellent experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing volunteering by sourcing and recruiting new volunteers and promoting the client’s programme to help improve it.
Ideal candidatw will be a solid administrator
Previous dealings with processing DBS, compliance administration is desirable
Previous recruitment experience within the charity sector is also preferred.
Good IT and communication skills
Ability to work independently and towards deadlines.
Ability to be discreet and understand confidentiality
Previous experience in HR administration/resourcing in recruitment would be desirable
To attract new volunteers, including social media and internal networks
To manage volunteering enquiries and be the initial first point of call for all applicants
To review and monitor existing volunteer roles and an ongoing basis
To manage and facilitate an induction and ongoing training and development for all volunteers/staff if needed
To be responsible for all administrative tasks
To prepare and submit regular performance and monitoring reports
