The role is to work circa 15 hours per week (flexible on when these hours are worked, ideally across three days).

Our client a progressive, high end brand with exciting plans for growth are looking for a bubbly person ideally with one to two years of accounts experience. This position would suit someone who is looking to develop their skillsets further and become an integral part of the existing finance function.

Key duties of this role include:-

Processing all administrative account procedures required in order to maintain all sales and purchase ledger accounts
Using Sage to cross check and enter all incoming invoices
Checking supplier statements
Preparing remittance advice notes and credit control
Producing sales invoices and assisting with bank reconciliation
Processing expense claim forms
Managing the petty cash
Working with in house spreadsheets
To be considered for this role you must:-

Have experience of purchase and sales ledgers, accounts payable and SAGE
Have excellent communication both written and verbal
Have attention to detail
Be a team player
Have good time management
