[7684] - Junior National Account Manager

Are you a driven Account Manager who has experience working in the FMCG industry? Our high profile client is seeking a graduate (or equivalent) to join the Sales team in order to drive the business and manage their existing and new clients overseas and in the UK. If you have previous experience experience working in a similar role and within the retail industry, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop business plans to meet the agreed sales and profitability targets

  • Analyse account and competitor performance to identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage and control account investment and maximise return on investment
  • Drive brand awareness within the account
  • Work across the business to influence channel and category strategies
  • Agree joint business plans and forecast demand
  • Manage the relationship and interface for key accounts
  • Work within the UK channel/account and product strategy guidelines to create an account business plan
  • Evaluate performance through external GfK data to track share performance and identify opportunities
  • Monitor and control account performance to agreed budgets
