For this role, we are looking for someone who can quickly grasp the intricacies of our product offering, and provide a fast, accurate service to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance to our customers on our products and services as well as taking responsibility for processing orders (which can be complex in nature). They must also be flexible in their approach and be happy to help support our other customer-facing teams (Customer Care and Examinations) during peak periods.
Our small sales team takes an informational and consultative selling approach. We concentrate on providing a quick, helpful, informative response to incoming enquiries while building relationships which can help lead to future sales. It can nevertheless be a full-on role (with targets for responding to customer queries and processing enrolments within specified time frames) so the successful candidate needs to be able to take that in their stride.
The right candidate will be enthusiastic and energetic and want to ensure that customers’ expectations are exceeded wherever possible. A high degree of numeracy and attention to detail is required as accuracy is critical. We are looking for someone who can get up and running quickly so the successful candidate will need to have previous work experience in a front line customer service role (not necessarily sales). A degree would be advantageous but experience and work ethic is equally important.

Graduates or A-levels with appropriate experience in a customer service or inside sales role
