Main part of the job is to support an HR Business Partner with all aspects of HR. The ideal candidate will be familiar with basic HR functions including recruitment processes, induction, producing contracts of employment.
For example you will be supporting the HR Business Partners with recruitment, by coordinating interviews, managing application tracking, setting up aptitude tests and posting job adverts.
Strong communication skills, flexible can do attitude is essential and ability to work in a busy office where using your own initiative comes as second nature.
