A creative head office based in Surrey are looking for a articulate administrator to work for a high end fashion brand. Every-daywill be different and varied and you will be able to use your creative skills as well as strong administration experience to support the account managers, and work alongside on trend products!
Typical duties include:
Supporting account managers with sales orders, creating product specifications and organising products, managing shipments , updating price lists
Work with supply chain team to manage and coordinate sample delivery to customers and to test facilities.
Manage creation of customer and product test plans and ensure that all necessary documentation accompanies individual shipments, including direct delivery requirements, forwarder information
Main point of contact as a key member of the sales team for allocated customers
Ideally you will have experience of the following:
Experience of sales order management is desirable
Able to work in a busy environment
Enjoys organising others
Excellent IT skills including Excel
Creative and previous experience in a support role (admin) is essential
