Our client, a well-established, globally recognised organisation are looking to recruit an entry level customer service administrator. The company was established in the UK over 35 years ago and is one of the world leaders in its field offering their employees the opportunity to progress, grow and develop alongside the company. They require an administrator to support to the servicing team and to provide excellent customer service.

Key duties of this role include:-

  • Answering all service related queries in an efficient and customer-friendly manner
  • Speaking to and emailing customers
  • Picking and invoicing orders within an agreed time frame
  • Taking orders via e-mail, fax or telephone and taking payments
  • Participating in annual stock take
  • Amending occurring stock discrepancies
  • Processing returns
  • Assisting technicians and providing general assistance to subcontractors and authorised dealers

To be considered for this role you must:-

  • Be well educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Have one years’ previous work experience, preferably in a customer service environment
  • Good IT Proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Good communication skills, via email and telephone
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Friendly customer service style and good telephone manner
