Customer Service Support Administrator

Our client requires a reliable and enthusiastic candidate for a customer service role. Your main role will be to provide extensive customer care via telephone and email. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have previous customer service experience and previous office experience is preferred.

 

Key duties of this role include:-

  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Arranging customer bookings
  • Provide product and technical support to attendees at shows and events where required
  • Log complaints and other correspondence in accordance with departmental or company policies

 

 To be considered for this role you must:-

  • Be educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Have previous experience of working in an office environment
  • Have previous customer service experience
  • Be able to organise and prioritise your workload
  • Be able to meet deadlines
  • Have good IT skills including knowledge of SAP
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be local to the Kingston upon Thames area
