[9909] - Business Development Manager

A Surrey based technology company is looking for a new Business Development Manager. This role would be responsible for execution of outbound calls, identifying decision makers and assessing prospective leads.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating outbound call to target contacts and also to source your own list of contacts
  • Effectively identify decision makers and company goals and plans in order to match our company products and requirements
  • Creating high quality leads ensuring all predetermined lead criteria; while adopting an efficient work ethic
  • Achieving or exceeding call rates, and lead generation targets to ensure maximum revenue.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in lead development and business development with experience of working in the IT sector
  • Sufficient technological understanding and the ability to discuss IT requirements with a technical decision maker
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to consistently make high volume of outbound calls
  • Good at managing multiple projects and utilizing CRM software packages
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
