A Surrey based technology company is looking for a new Business Development Manager. This role would be responsible for execution of outbound calls, identifying decision makers and assessing prospective leads.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Generating outbound call to target contacts and also to source your own list of contacts
Effectively identify decision makers and company goals and plans in order to match our company products and requirements
Creating high quality leads ensuring all predetermined lead criteria; while adopting an efficient work ethic
Achieving or exceeding call rates, and lead generation targets to ensure maximum revenue.
The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years’ experience in lead development and business development with experience of working in the IT sector
Sufficient technological understanding and the ability to discuss IT requirements with a technical decision maker
Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to consistently make high volume of outbound calls
Good at managing multiple projects and utilizing CRM software packages
