Small office based in SW London are looking for a flexible candidate to assist the Company Secretary. The position will involve working on occasions on your own, on a day to day basis you will be working with the Company Secretary and the occasional temp when the workload requires. The position is for an administrator who can work accurately and have a good understanding of how an office runs. Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ office experience
good data accurate data entry and working knowledge of excel
able to quickly put cheques in the folio cash book and paying in book, take to bank and enter information on registrations accurately with a methodical approach
posting out the membership cards (able to use the franking machine)
Ability to work unsupervised
Patience personality, well organised administration skills
The position is permanent, however there is an opportunity to do a temp to perm situation to get a feel for the work and environment.
