Based in Tolworth

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work supporting a friendly team based in the Surrey area. This is a great opportunity for anyone with strong communication and administration skills.

Person Specification: –

The successful candidate must have the following:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist/ administrator and supporting a team
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Willing to learn and develop and undertake relevant training where necessary
  • High standard of verbal and written communication skills with a friendly telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Digital literacy and high level of competence in use of Microsoft packages and ability to address minor IT issues and offer support
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of salesforce and CRM desirable
  • Understanding on health and social care environment
  • Full UK driving license and use of the car for work is desirable
  • Educated to degree level is desirable
  • Please note a DBS check will be required for this role

Key Responsibilities: –  

  • First port of call for telephone enquiries, handling general enquiries and referrals
  • Carry out administrative tasks for the office
  • To support and supervise volunteers in the administration team
  • Maintain the security of cash, ensuring monies are collected and recorded in line with financial systems and procedures
  • Participate in the development on the CRM system and undertake training where necessary
  • Update and develop the database. Deal with correspondence, mailings and filing, Deal with incoming post and maintaining the appointments systems
  • Undertake ordering of stationary and ensuring stock levels are maintained
  • Assist facilities management team with coordination of maintenance and repairs and carry out health and safety checks
  • Assist managers with marketing materials for services
  • Assist with internal and external events such as staff meetings, parties and promotional events
