An independent organisation that has a specialises in the automotive industry is looking for a Technical Customer Support Executive to work closely with the Technical team, playing a key role dealing with client’s issues on a daily basis.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Manage, respond and resolve client support issues with 1st line support
  • Analyse and run daily reports
  • Supply administrative support to the Account Management team
  • Manage and control the helpdesk ticketing system.
  • To maintain internal process/FAQ/Support documentation.

If you have proven technical customer service and telemarketing experience, as well as:

  • Previous experience in office customer service delivering technical support
  • A hands-on problem solver and excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate with advance knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Flexibility in your work ethic and
