An independent organisation that has a specialises in the automotive industry is looking for a Technical Customer Support Executive to work closely with the Technical team, playing a key role dealing with client’s issues on a daily basis.
Your main responsibilities include:
Manage, respond and resolve client support issues with 1st line support
Analyse and run daily reports
Supply administrative support to the Account Management team
Manage and control the helpdesk ticketing system.
To maintain internal process/FAQ/Support documentation.
If you have proven technical customer service and telemarketing experience, as well as:
Previous experience in office customer service delivering technical support
A hands-on problem solver and excellent communication skills
Computer literate with advance knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Flexibility in your work ethic and
